Criss Angel was partying with Pam Anderson at Las Vegas club LAX on Dec. 8, just days before she filed for divorce from Rick Salomon. And insiders said they looked quite cozy!

But Life & Style can tell you that Criss says nothing is going on between him and the former Baywatch babe! “Pam is a wonderful human being and a friend and has been for a while,” the Mindfreak star, 40, tells Life & Style. “And you know what, people will talk about any celebrity that I’m with. It’s inevitable!”

Pam, 40, announced on Dec. 17 that she and Rick, 39, are “working things out,” and they’re not getting a divorce after all!
