When Britney Spears shows up at a restaurant, it tends to cause a buzz among fellow diners. But the troubled pop star, 26, caused more commotion than usual after arriving with her father, Jamie, for dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in LA on Feb. 23. The reason? She was sporting what appeared to be a prominent baby bump!

“I got a good view of her belly,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “She totally looked pregnant.” Earlier in the day, another witness had spotted a rounder-looking Brit checking out a $7.7 million mansion. Says the witness, “She was in a great mood, giggling as she left and texting someone.”

That someone was likely Adnan Ghalib, the 35-year-old photographer Britney’s been seeing since early January. “Britney’s still having sex with him,” an insider tells Life & Style. And Jamie, who has moved in with Britney to oversee her recovery, “can’t stand it,” says the insider. “He hates when Adnan comes over and the two of them disappear for a few hours. He knows they’re having sex. But Adnan makes Britney happy.”

But by all accounts, Britney’s definitely had babies on the brain, especially since Feb. 23. Before dinner with her dad, Britney was reunited with her sons — Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1 — after having been denied visitation for seven weeks. Under supervision, Britney was allowed to see the boys in her own home from 9 a.m. until noon.
